As president of Vital Signs, Donna brings her years of management, training, and speaking experience to your organization. She works with a network of other professionals so we can become your “virtual” performance consultant team.

How do you customize?
We have our basic program outlines that have been used by many customers over the years. Since we know that your organization has its unique set of people and situations we do a front-end analysis to determine your needs and design our programs to meet your requirements.

Our most challenging client thus far has been XIBI. XIBI is the Xi'an Business Incubation Center in Xian, China. XIBI has incubated and cultivated over 270 small and medium-sized hi-tech and pharmaceutical companies since it's founding in 1993. We partnered with them to help transform their manager's skills and attitudes from a “planned” economy to a “marketing” economy as China prepares to enter the World Trade Organization.
