Problems, Projects, and People
Return to Skill Booster Programs
Program Description
Every organization is plagued by the three Ps: Problems, Projects,
and the People.
When good projects go bad, you want to know how to fix them.
This program is a highly tailored workshop where participants explore the problems that exist within their teams. Usually these problems are part of a larger project and they always involve people and some sort of poor communication. However, this is not just a workshop about how to have those “crucial conversations” when necessary. This is a workshop that will teach problem solving skills and either launch or refresh your team’s project management skills. Participants will be able to recognize, diagnose, and turn around a problem project .
