Program Description
This workshop gives you a tool kit of coaching techniques and best practices. Participants will understand the benefits of coaching to both the bottom line and their own time management. They will learn to create a climate of trust and confidence. They will learn the 5 step-coaching model, the 4 coaching styles, and how to manage the coaching dialog. Participants will discuss the obstacles to coaching and learn methods for overcoming these obstacles.

  • Understand the benefits of coaching for your organizational culture.

  • Apply a 5-step model to coaching to insure effective coaching takes place.

  • Practice the coaching skills needed for effective coaching.

  • Identify the skills needed for giving effective feedback.

  • Develop action plans for applying coaching back on the job
