Return to Transformation Training
Developing an effective team takes time and will not be achieved by sending the team off on a 2-day team building program. Donna Steffey's aim is to work with existing teams to become high performing teams over a 12 to 18 month period.
Throughout the Team Development Process, the team members learn how to communicate openly and authentically with one another and how to value what each individual brings to the team. The process results in a high level of trust and uses a shared leadership approach for continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.
